Add, remove and set amounts by voice. Ask "Where is the rice?" or "How many paper towels do we have?" and it answers out loud.

Set the minimum you want to hold. Anything below it shows in blue and lands on a ready-made Order List, grouped by supplier. Tick what you need and share it as a spreadsheet. Sort your stock by location, expiry date or below par to see what needs attention first.
On Business Pro and Home Pro, Managers are told the moment an item falls below its par level, and each morning about stock that is about to expire or already has. Alerts arrive by email and as a notification on your phone, and you choose how many days' warning you want. Each problem is flagged once, not every day.
Already keep your stock in Excel? Choose your file and StockChecka matches the columns for you, even with titles, blank rows and messy dates above them. Check the preview, import, and undo it straight away if it isn't right. You can be up and running in minutes, not days.
The Summary lists every category with how many items are in it. Tap one to see everything in stock there, with identical entries combined into one line, so a stock check is quick and tidy.
Orange for items expiring soon, red for expired, with the date shown in full. Record what gets binned and why, see where money is going, and share the log as a spreadsheet.
Invite staff with a one-time join code. Everyone sees the same live stock, Managers can remove access at any time, and every change is logged with who made it.
Point your phone at a barcode and StockChecka fills in the product name. Scan something you already stock to add or remove a few in seconds, or switch to Fast scan to book in a whole delivery, scan after scan.
Say "move 3 kilos of chicken wings from freezer 1 drawer 2 to freezer 2 drawer 1". The expiry date goes with it, new locations are created for you, and you can undo it.
No signal in the storeroom or cold room? Carry on as normal. Changes sync when you're back online.
